My name is Tony, and my wifes name is Dinah. I recently lost my job to down-sizing and currently recieving unemployment ins., We are about to be evicted from our home (sept. 10th) because we can't afford the rent of $785 per month. I found a home to buy on contract, but we do not have the down payment of $1,000. I also have experiance as a Painter & Decorator, but also need funding to buy equipment and supplies. Would need about $5,000 to start up Painting & Dec Co., with the funding we will be able to get off unemployment and make a moderate income to pay back the funding if needed. The total amount we would need is $10,000 to get up to date with current bills and purchase the equipment needed for the Painting Co., and pay the down payment on the home contract. The payment on the home would only be $450 per month. I just have had some bad luck and need some help, I know if I had the funds to help some one I would.

Thank you vary much, Anthony D'Acquisto

I don't even have money to put my things in storage and some of them are very valuable. The landlord will simply discard it like trash, take it for himself or give it away to his friends and family. Please, any amount anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated. Sincerly, Monique.

Hello my name is Dawn...i recently got an eviction notice on my door and have to come up with $850.00 dollars in two days to keep my landlorded from kicking me and my two sons out into the streets. I have called every single assistance program in the county to no avail. I am working at marshalls at the rate of 7.25 an hour...not nearly enough to provide and keep getting turned down for assistance. i no longer no where to turn or what to do and am desperate at this point. If anybody has some helpful ideas then please let me know..or cheaper housing available in the St.petersburg florida area. thanks. any help right now is needed. even for food.

I honestly don't know what to do if I can't come upwith at least 600 dollars for a security deposit. we do have 700. If any one reads this and can offer a blessing it would truely be just that a blessing. call us leonard or carolyn at 414-442-4922! please!

Show up at the meeting for the new house and be quiet, allow the sellers to say their peace. They want to sell these houses. this means they want you and your family in one. Then let them know how this house could be not only a blessing, but an investment piece for the family. You can face another day. Secondly, as everything is quieting down tell them the truth. Tell them what you have in your pocket as collaterol for this affordable house, then tell them about your other skills. Anthiny, when life serves your lemons, you got to make lemonade, dude sell them yourself flip the script and then let them know you understand but this is what you have to work with. Anthony go in there with 500- 600.00 dollars, I'm not asking you to beg. I'm asking you to barter. I'm asking you to negotiate an investment for you and your family and you will be willing to paint window sills if needed. If you've gone to the bank and the bank turned you down, then go to the people whom say, they have your interest at heart. Make those corporations work for you and you work for them. This is the american way yo ant you can do this! then let your wife assist. BARB

Dear G: HI, I hope this can assist you. I understand you and your husband live together, he is a vetertan, you work for a living. You had to have surgery, during this time both cars broke down, and the mortgage got behind, you have a granddaughter whom willingly comes to take you to and from work. But you need more relief than getting back and forth from work you need cash. here are a list of suggestions 1. go to your benefits department of your job. Every employer whom is part of large businesses has a benefit department. Request help for payment on your medical bills. Call medical billing and create a dialogue with him or her, letting him or her know that you are working on how to solve the problem. second you want to follow up with a letter, the same one you posted here, this way if they chose to sue, you use what you have when their attorney requests you to show up in court. the advantage of the appearance in court is you can pay a monthly sum. if you can not get relief from benefits department, union, or medicaid. Most times the information is put in wrong. The HCFA 1500 is the insurance invoice which most doctors hire his or her staff to file for funds for his care. Each department files a form of the same kind. Some times he or she does not put in all of the information or the computer is on the frizt and the problem becomes the patients. This is your time to question the bill, becauae it seems to me your insurance authorized your surgery, or else you would not have been eligible for surgery. Take your time and go through the medical bilss wich state you owe a cash amount on them. 1.look at how your name is spelled 2. look at the doctors name and his place of service. 3. look at the type of service the doctor granted 4 look at the service he provided 5. look at whom they are billing, because if it is your insurance carrier, then you have the right to call the insurance carrier and ask them why was your bill being denied payment? 2) locate the social worker whom was on your case and call her on the telephone and ask her why are these bills coming to your home? --------------------- ----------------- Transportat ion: I can suggest you sell both cars for cash, at the car dealer's. Find out if you can still put a car in drive and attach it to your grand daughters car, and take each car to the dealer or post a for sale sign on the cars and sale as is sometimes people buy parts. Yet first ask around how to attach a non working to car to a functional running car, I do believe you have to be sitting in the car not functioning to prevent the car from weaving. Please ask! Then if you can find a way then trade in. If not take the cash and go to an auction to purchase another car. Auctions allow people to purchase a car for lessor value but the car is upto date sometimes. ------------------ -------------------- Mortgage You need to see if you have a union or can you borrow money. Most jobs have benefits like this for their employees, these are your benefits and I would take advantage of these benefits If you can The next is asking for a bank loan, all banks now are claiming they want to loan people up to 25,000 and payment is roughly 500-600 a month? again check this option out. Lastly can you put the house up for sell. Purchase a cheaper house? If your husband is not working, ask him would he like to be apart of a club and then he can enroll into a nuruseing home club, the van will pick him up, he will have breakfast, lunch. The staff will take him back to you and your husbands home. he has balanced meals and you can stop a the store and buy portions for your lunch and the both of you can remain having dinner to gether. Remember this is just round one, you have a number of rounds to go. I would stop into a nursing home to see are there any benefits for people like yourselves whom are struggling to stay together? Sometimes they have apartments available and they are lovely. Affordable and you and your husband can live the life you intended. Thank you so much for allowing me to help you, but really ask the guys at the job about getting both cars to the dealer ship whom buys old cars. I used to live in dallas texas, there's really nothing I have not been apart of. I have a bachelors degree and I took a course in medical billing, I was a radiology and ultrasond sonographer studentwhile working at the hospital as a certified nurses aid/ then upgraded to a certified nurse technician, returned back to work as a patient sercvice representative, had to undergo 2 more spine surgeries, I was 85,000.00 in debt from paying rent for an apartment, light, gas, food, clothing, I gained an enormous amount of weight during the waiting process. I hope I have shed some light on your life dilemms, but really do some investigating of how to remove the cars off of your property. oooh have a flea market sale and sale the things which you and your husbands can do with out and put the cars up as well, again call the community board and see how these things work. I know you and your family will persevere,The fight is not over it is just beginning, lovebug put your gloves on and begin slowing taking the time to knock each dilemma out of your life. barb

Hello. I live and study dentistry in Holland, Utrecht, and I have lived there for about 6 months. I live in an apartment, and bike to University everyday. With the only job I can get that I have time for, I only get just about enough for food and rent. However, since I had to buy a whole load of school materials, Iv'e been forced to miss out on 3 months of rent. Thank god I dont have to pay for utilities though. I have tried to take out a loan, but because I dont have a good paying fulltime job, I cant take one out, and Im not allowed to use my government loan on anything except for tuition costs. Not even on school materials, so I have to pay those out of my own money. My friends have managed to scrounge out about 200 euros, but even so I still owe my landlord 700 euros. I tired asking my parents back in the US but there is no way they can come up with that kind of money. I tried talking to my landlord about it, but he told me that either I pay or I get kicked out and he drags me to court for the money I owe. I have nowhere else I can live, as I dont know very many people around here, definitely no one who I could move in with, and even so, I would still owe my landlord the money. I have tried to downsize to a cheaper apartment, but this one is one of the cheapest in the area and I was really lucky to get it. All I am asking of you people is for a little bit of money so that I can atleast convince my landlord that I can stay there, as if I end up on the street there is no way I can continue the study I have worked so hard for in High School to achieve. Please help me, and I will not forget it when I am a dentist. Free Dental Care anyone?

I am a Christian female state employee with a disabled husband. My husband draws a 20% VA disability. I had surgery in September 2006 and both of our 1996 cars have broken down and can't be repaired. My Granddaughter is providing me with transportation to and from work and Church. Because of these added unespected expenses, I have delineuent medical bills and my mortgage is delinquent. I need approximately $5500.00 just to get my mortgage payments caught up and pay off my delinquent medical bills. I also need to replace at least one of the used cars; however, I need to get the mortgage payments and medical bills paid before the mortgage company starts forclosure proceedings on my property. Please Help Me! I stand on our Lord's Word from Leviticus 25:35-38. God Bless You! If you wish to help me, send me an e-mail to: wowneedhelp@yahoo.com for information on where to send help.
